I used to scribble down my thoughts in a physical journal/diary. As it's difficult for me to express myself verbally, writing is an outlet for me. Expressing myself in writing has helped me in managing my emotions better, especially when I'm frustrated, angered or upset.
As I spend more time in front of my notebook, I've decided to replace my physical journal/diary by blogging. So, here I am, embarking on a new journey of emotions, through blogger.
